The cooking class with Silvia was so much fun! She is so nice, knowledgeable, funny and explains everything with a wonderful English and tons of patience. The tiramisu and pasta that we made were so delicious. The place itself is wide, clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this class.

We went as a family of five with three kids aged 10,7 and 5. We all had the most memorable and fun time and learnt lots. The team were super patient and kind with our kids which made the whole experience even better.
The food at the end was delicious and the wine as well! Would definitely recommend and was great value for money.

Our family of 6 had the best morning cooking pasta and tiramisu! Definitely a highlight of our trip. The instruction was so fun, easy to follow and we made the most delicious food. We will remember this forever and attempt to recreate at home. Highly recommend to anyone. Will not disappoint!

Our family of four booked the short pasta cooking class, and I cannot say enough good things about it. It was the highlight of our two week vacation, including for our 7 and 10 year old. The space was beautiful, the instructors so pleasant, and the activity itself was so much fun. We can’t wait to continue making pasta at home! Thank you for the lovely experience!

We loved that this activity broke up our trip as something different to do in the area. It was a brilliant experience for my husband’s birthday. The leaders were informative, knowledgeable and friendly - it wasn’t intimidating at all.

We booked this for a family of 4 (children aged 10 & 13) and we all loved it! The hosts were very friendly and made it an easy to follow and enjoyable class. We started with bottled water and espresso, made our tiramisu (a chocolate alternative to coffee was given to the children to use). While the tiramisu chilled, we started to make the pasta and provided with some rose wine to drink while we made it. Once complete, the hosts cooked our pasta and served it to us with local red wine. It was all delicious and we have already had a go at making it now we are back home! Would definitely recommend the experience. Only very minor suggestion would be to offer the children a fruit juice alternative when the adults are served the wine. Recipes and photos were sent to us a couple of days after the class. It was a highlight of our holiday and would do it again!

This was the highlight of our trip to Lake Garda. We loved every minute of this fantastic experience.
I would definitely recommend booking a course with this wonderful cookery school and the food was delicious. Relaxed and fun with plenty of wine, local knowledge and fantastic ingredients.

I have made both pasta and tiramisu my self before this cooking class, but I still ended up learning quite a bit. My children also liked it a lot. The chefs where very polite and good at helping and showing how to do the food. I would recommend everyone interested in cooking to attend this class.

We went to the short pasta making as a family with our 8 and 9 year old girls. We had the most enjoyable morning ever with Silvia and Marco. The environment makes you feel like family and everything is so delicious. We loved our time there so much that we returned the next day for the long pasta making class! We learned new tricks that day so it was awesome to go to both classes. Since we’ve been home we’ve made pasta so many times.
What was unexpected and so lovey was receiving was the photos from the class on WhatsApp a few days later.

We’re so glad we chose to do this during our holiday in Lake Garda. The team of brothers were so kind, knowledgeable and funny, giving us excellent advice and direction for multiple types of pasta and Italian cooking in general. Wir hatten eine Menge Spaß! Obwohl wir verspätet kamen, wurde ganz lieb auf uns gewartet. Es war rundum ein tolles Erlebnis und ich komme definitiv wieder.
Wir waren eine Gruppe von fünf Mädels, von denen drei eigentlich kein Tiramisu mögen – aber dieses Tiramisu hat wirklich alle überzeugt. Es war so lecker, dass wir es gar nicht abwarten konnten, es zuhause nachzumachen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ho partecipato al corso di pasta corta e tiramisù durante la mia visita al Lago di Garda e posso dire che è stata un'esperienza meravigliosa, una delle più belle del mio viaggio in Italia.
Ivan e Silvia sono insegnanti eccezionali: professionali, pazienti, gentili e appassionati. Hanno saputo trasmettere con entusiasmo non solo le tecniche per preparare una deliziosa pasta fresca e un autentico tiramisù, ma anche l'amore per la cucina e la tradizione italiana.
L'atmosfera è accogliente, familiare e divertente. Mi sono sentita subito a mio agio e ho apprezzato moltissimo la disponibilità e la simpatia di entrambi. Tutto è organizzato con grande cura e attenzione ai dettagli.
Se visitate il Lago di Garda, consiglio vivamente questa esperienza: è un modo autentico per conoscere la cultura italiana, imparare nuove ricette e trascorrere qualche ora in compagnia di persone straordinarie.

We’ve done a few pasta classes previously but this was our favorite. The Sylvias were amazing teachers and very hands on with teaching my son (who is almost 5) how to make the dessert and pasta. He had the best time and so did we. Highly recommended, especially with young kids as it’s so hard to find activities that engage you and them! Grazie!

We did this Pasta e Tiramisu Workshop with our 3 Teenager and 2 adults. And can recommend this a great Family Event. It was Fun, we learned a lot about Pasta, enjoyed a delicious Meal. We had a wonderful pasta making class at Cusina by Fracca. My husband and I and my 10 year old daughter thoroughly enjoyed it. Our hosts were warm and welcoming and pitched the lesson at exactly the right level. The instruction was easy to follow and there was lots of help throughout the whole lesson. The end product was so delicious and we all ate every mouthful.... 2 full plates of pasta!!!! It was so good!!! I'd highly recommend Cusina by Fracca and wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

An absolutely brilliant experience & the best way to start our holiday in Lake Garda. Finding activities to keep all the family entertained (including two boys aged 8 and 14) can be tricky, but this was a complete hit! The facility is beautiful, well designed for group cooking classes and immaculately clean. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome, as if we were family friends. The pasta making was simple enough for us all to follow and we all made a variety of pasta we felt proud of - and then best of all, we got to eat it!

Via Instagram en WhatsApp had ik snel contact met Silvia. Nog dezelfde dag kreeg ik bericht dat we op zaterdag welkom waren en via de website konden boeken. De workshop vond plaats in een supermooie werkruimte, met duidelijke uitleg en een gezellige, ontspannen sfeer. We hebben ontzettend veel geleerd en natuurlijk onze eigen pasta gemaakt én opgegeten, met heerlijke huisgemaakte pomodoro- en pestosaus.
Wij waren er met ons gezin (2 kinderen van 19) en zij gaven de workshop zelfs een 9! Een fantastische en leerzame ervaring die we iedereen kunnen aanraden.

Super friendly hosts who were knowledgable and passionate and made it a really good fun family activity. Learnt how to make lots of different types of pasta which was all delicious. I wouldn’t hesitate to go again and I hope I can in the future

We had a wonderful evening! The explanations and instructions are clear, the material is perfect, the place and the people are super welcoming and warm, everything is done to make you feel good. We loved everything so much. I would recommend this place without hesitation !

Nonostante fosse un corso "base" di pasta fresca, l'ho trovato molto utile e interessante. La gentilezza e ospitalità dei proprietari qui fa sicuramente la differenza.
Abbiamo impastato e realizzato due piatti con impasti differenti, ogni partecipante o gruppo ha poi potuto mangiare la propria produzione dopo che è stata cotta e condita da Mirco, uno dei proprietari. Devo dire che il risultato è stato molto soddisfacente.
Durante il corso erano offerti acqua e vino locale (ottimo!!).

we were a family of 9 and we all enjoyed the cooking class: good explanations and assistance. The youngest in the group was 5 years and she was very active and very happy. So no problem in spite of her young age.

We had a wonderful class with Sylvie, the location was perfect, the instruction was presented in English and provided with all we needed as beginners is the pasta making. Booking was very easy. We had all explained for the 2 types of pasta, the flour etc. and shown how to make it then we had a go. We thoroughly enjoyed our morning and to top it we had a delicious spaghetti and maccheroni lunch with a glass of wine. Thank you to the Fracca Team we would definitely recommend doing this course. We left with our gifted aprons and accessories determined to make pasta again.

Did this with my mum (82) and my daughter (10). It was such a lovely experience we had great fun and the food was delicious. The class is very entertaining and the hosts super friendly. We can’t wait to try it at home and come back next year for more lessons!

We were at Fracca with our 16 year old son. Not only was it fun - it also tasted very good. We will try gnocchi and tagliatelle and other pasta at home. We can definitely recommend the course.

This cooking class was an excellent experience. I learned to make Pasta and Gnocchi from experts. Every recipie was easy to follow and the first results tasted well. I would do another class if I am back in this area of Lake Garda. I strongly recommend the cooking class.

The cooking class with Silvia was amazing. Very good explanation of everything, great food, good music and all in a beautiful studio. We would definitely recommend it - and will hopefully come back for another class :-)

This was such an Amazing experience for us and our friends. We have made pasta before but our friends had not. We learned something new and had a lot of fun! I would highly recommend this class or any other class that they offer here! We will definitely be back and book another class!!!

I would definitely recommand fraccafood. The teachers were very nice, they do it with passion. It doesn‘t matter if you are a beginner or an advanced cook, everyone will learn something and have fun.

Om eens iets te ondernemen met mijn oudste ben ik gaan zoeken. Ik kwam via insta bij deze fijne mensen terecht. Boeken was zo gedaan. Bij binnenkomst voel je je gelijk thuis. En de gastvrijheid maakt dat ook mijn dochter van 6 zich gelijk op haar gemak voelde. De cursus is echt voor jong en oud.
Ben je in de buurt en wil je iets leuks ondernemen, boek de cursus. Je zal er geen spijt van krijgen!

I booked this course for me, my 4-year old son and my mother-in-law. Silvia and Mirco were simply amazing with us and we learned a lot in these 3 hours. My son was able to make his own pasta almost by himself!! I am going to come back for another course with them for sure! Thank you for such a grest experience!!

This is a most do!! So interactive and personal but not pushy. Suitable for everyone including teenagers!! The best food (which I actually made). The hosts are so warm and friendly. Wish we could go every night

Our family of 4 (including 2 teens) loved our cooking class with Silvia. She was warm, kind and a great teacher. This class was a terrific way to spend the morning. And DELICIOUS. We highly recommend to anyone who is in the area.

I booked this for my boyfriends birthday and it exceeded my expectations. It was such a good workshop with tips on how to make pasta. We already made it at home and it turned out perfect!
