We had a lovely evening. Everything is ready for you to start making the tiramisu and pasta, and you are guided through every step. There is water and wine to drink, and you can eat what you made. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun. I would really recommend this!!

We was 4 people 3 adults and 1 child. Mirco and Silvia conducted the course in a really clear and engaging way, throughout the entire session, we enjoyed listening to all the facts and learning the various techniques. Highly recommended for all ages!

We loved the overall experience. Especially the personalized work stations and instructions and guidance. Then getting to eat what we each actually made. It was easy to book and find the location. We’ve already told many of our friends. Thank you Silvia and Mirco for a very fun, informative and tasty experience from Bob and Barb in VA. Already ordered and received our chitarra.

We attended the long pasta and tiramisu class. It was just so much fun. Although we’ve made pasta a few times before, we learnt lots of fun tips and the teachers were so welcoming and passionate. Would highly recommend if you are staying in the area. Looking forward to using our new skills soon!

As a family of 4 with 2 older children, we had a wonderful morning making spaghetti & Tiramisu. Our hosts were friendly & so helpful, we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. It was the highlight of our trip to Lake Garda!

We had a wonderful and enjoyable pasta-making course! We started by making tiramisu, which could then set while we moved on to making our own spaghetti.
The instructions were clear and the guidance was excellent. It was great to be able to make everything ourselves and learn step by step. The atmosphere was relaxed, friendly and fun, making the whole experience both informative and enjoyable.
And of course, the best part was getting to enjoy our homemade spaghetti and tiramisu at the end! A lovely experience and definitely recommended for anyone who enjoys cooking and wants to learn something new.

Spent a fantastic morning with my 8 and 10 year old boys learning how to make spaghetti and tiramisu. The classes are family friendly, easy to follow and a lovely way to learn a little about Italian food and culture while on holidays. The hosts explained a lot about the local food and area, gave some great tips and were very welcoming. A really cool way to spend a morning on Lake Garda.

We had an amazing time! Three of us went.to include our 14 year old daughter. We learnt how to make authentic tirimsu spaghetti from scratch. Definitely skills we will take home with us! The workshop ran very smoothly and our teacher was very informative, friendly and professional ! The added bonus was eating everything you made and sampling local wine. Definitely a 5 star from is.

This is my second time and it was as good as the first time, with the added bonus of tiramisu. It's a great class, very well run, with enough time to enjoy both the cooking and the eating. Making tiramisu was a lovely addition. I can highly recommend these classes for everyone.

The cooking class with Sylvia and Mirco was the highlight of our time in the Lake Garda region. Not only did they teach us how to make pasta, but they made us laugh, offered tips and tricks outside of the scope of short pasta, and were incredibly friendly, personable, and kind, even when our own personal situation caused difficulties. They both made sure to be available to a large group, and checked each station, offering advice and problem solving. We also bought equipment from them directly, and Sylvia was more than helpful with making sure that we would have everything we need to continue from home.
If we could take every course, also when new courses are introduced, we would!

We had such fun at this cooking experience. We were made so welcome and we were really looked after. The demonstrations were very clear and we had plenty of help. Sylvia cooked our spaghetti and served it with a beautiful tomato sauce . We then got to eat the tiramisu. We were served beautiful wine during the afternoon. As well as having fun we learnt about Italian cooking. I can’t praise this experience enough.

Absolutely fantastic. My whole family (age 4 - 75) loved the experiance. The owners are so friendly, the instructions were so easy to follow and the pasta was delicious. We’ll definitely be making our own pasta at home. I highly recommend this experiance. I loved that my 4 year old daughter had her own station, so she was really able to get involved. X

We did the pasta making class as a family our our recent holiday. Our children are 8 and 10 years old, and we all really enjoyed the day. The class had a fun, relaxed atmosphere and was well paced so everyone enjoyed learning the skill of making our delicious pasta and tiramisu. We booked the long pasta course with our children aged 8,7 and 5.
The location is super easy by bus and was a perfect, airconditioned room.
There were three groups in our class and the atmosphere, pace and quality of teaching were all excellent.
Our children could be involved with all steps and help was always there if needed. They still talk about this as the highlight of their holiday.
We’ve made the tiramisu almost every week since we’ve been home.

Der Kurs ist sehr gut organisiert. Bei uns war es eine tolle Gruppe. Wir hatten viel Spaß, leckeren Wein und die selbst gemachten Spaghetti waren super. Das Tiramisu darf man mit nach Hause nehmen. Es schmeckt dann durchgekühlt am nächsten Tag noch besser. Alles in allem ein super schöner Abend. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder einen Kurs besuchen. Danke nochmal an das tolle Team.

We did a long pasta and tiramisu making class as a family with our 6-year-old and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very first email enquiry, the team were so helpful, warm and accommodating, which immediately made us feel looked after before we’d even arrived.
The class itself was fantastic - such a friendly, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, with a team who were not only incredibly knowledgeable but also a lot of fun. They made everyone feel completely at ease and were brilliant with our daughter too.
The surroundings were beautiful and you could tell so much thought and care had gone into both the space itself and the way the class is taught. Everything felt really high quality without ever feeling intimidating.
We laughed so much, learnt loads, and the food we made was absolutely amazing. It felt like such a special experience to do together as a family. A truly superb experience from start to finish and somewhere we would 100% book again if we return to the area.

Bei einem Aufenthalt am Gardasee im letzten Jahr (2025) sind wir auf das Angebot auferksam geworden und haben für 2026 einen Kochabend gebucht..
Gut organisierter Abend. Für jeden Teilnehmer war ein Platz mit den zu benötigenden Utensilien für das Kochen vorbereitet.
Man wurde sehr herzlich empfangen und durch den Abend begleitet.
Zuerst wurde das Tiramisu hergestellt.
Dann gab es eine praktische Einführung in die Herstellung eines Nudelteiges für die Spaghetti.
Am Ende gab es ein gemeinames Abendessen, bei dem jeder seine selber hergestellten Spaghetti essen durfte.
Es war ein sehr schöner Abend.
Getränke (Wasser + Wein) waren im Preis inbegriffen.
Jeder erhielt am Ende eine Kochschürze.
Der Abend hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir im nächsten Jahr gerne einen Kochabend für die Herstellung von "Kurzen Nudeln" buchen möchten.

I took the pasta workhop with my 5 and 7 year old, with a group of friends inclduing kids. It was easy to understand and we learn so much, that since then we make pasta like that. :) the eating part was also fun. Lesson was easy to follow, and the teacher were adopting based on skills. We return next year.

Sie ist eine sehr freundliche und sympathische Gastgeberin. Die Farfalle mit der selbst gemachten Tomatensauce waren wirklich lecker. Am liebsten würden nun nur noch frische Pasta essen.
Wenn wir nochmal in der Nähe sind, würden wir jederzeit wieder einen Kurs bei ihr buchen.

Our morning spent learning how to make two types of pasta with two, different kinds of flour was fantastic. My almost11-year-old son wholeheartedly enjoyed learning how to use the pasta maker in creating thin strips of flour and then filling them with spinach. Our time together was rich with learning & connection. Our hosts were generous, kind and very patient with us. I especially enjoyed the shot of espresso, bubble water and two glasses of wine as well as savoring the yummy pasta we had just made. We all said that it was the best pasta we have ever eaten! We even were gifted our aprons to take home with us. We highly recommend this activity for all.

The class was so much fun!! Silvia and Mirco were absolutely lovely and led the class very well. I had never made pasta before, but with such great teachers it almost seemed easy. The pasta together with the local wine was delicious.

What a fabulous experience we had as a family of four. From the moment we entered to the second we left we felt part of their family and had such fun whilst being with them. The pasta making was great, Ivan was so informative and made it fun. We got hands on, had a giggle and even ate our creations afterwards. The group was a mix of English, Irish, German and Dutch people. All really genuine and everyone had a great time. Lots of wine was given throughout the day and you didn’t feel rushed. The kitchen it was held at was beautifully decorated, it felt really light and airy and just added to the whole experience. I would recommend 100% when visiting this stunning region.

We went with my husband and 10 year old daughter (for the second time now). We had the best time, the clases are fun and really entertaining. We have really lovely memories from the first visit and I know we’ll definitely come back next year. The food was delicious and was paired with nice wine!

We had the best experience at Cucina be Franca learning how to cook handmade pasta and ravioli. The class was fun and entertaining and dinner -delicious. Our daughters are 10 and 13 and this was a favorite night of our trip to Italy. An unexpected highlight was the adorable town of Lazise! We loved wandering around the streets after dinner for gelato and a beautiful sunset over the water. Cannot recommend this enough, book it!

I'd recommend the 'Farfalle e Ravioli' pasta making experience to anyone. Our hosts provided a warm welcome and made the whole experience full of fun yet still managed to get us to make some great pasta. We're already looking to create our own ravioli now we're home with our new found knowledge and confidence.
We'll definitely be back again the next time we're around Lake Garda!

A super fun and well-organized workshop, also for/with kids. Clear explanations and plenty of time for the dishes, and we enjoyed everything while enjoying a good glass of wine. It was very warm outside, but the kitchen was well-cooled by the air conditioning, which was very pleasant. Highly recommended and we would definitely come back!

This activity was well organized and beautifully presented. It was easy to follow and the instructors were so friendly and personable. I attended with my teenage kids and my senior mother and we all had an amazing time. Absolutely worth every penny, would have loved to have been able to take a second (different) class had we had more time.

The whole family had an amazing time in class and learned so much. The instruction was both clear and concise so much so that our teenage kids were as excited as my husband and I to make the pasta. Afterwards both kids wanted to help and apply their newfound skills at home. 100% recommend if you are in the area and or planning a trip. Now we need to up our sauce game, as the one they used to serve our handmade pasta back to us was fantastic.

I had a lovely time learning how to prepare 2 different types of pasta, and then getting to eat them as well as trying some local wines. Our hosts took time with each of us individually to make sure we were confident with what we were doing. I also liked that we got our own pasta to eat, ie it wasn’t mixed up with the pasta made by other participants. Being sent photos of us cooking afterwards was a nice touch. I can highly recommend this course to everyone.

Our family group (adults and teenagers) loved this pasta making class. This is a lovely family-based business. It was great having a small group (12 people) so the staff could come around and help when needed. The wine was delicious and it was great fun making the pasta and being able to eat it at the end. Highly recommend as a must-do Italian experience.

We had a great morning at Cusina by Fracca. We made spinach and ricotta ravioli and pasta, which were then cooked and served with a sauce and wine for lunch. Silvia is a good teacher and was ready to help if you needed it. A really great morning out we were really pleased that we chose to do this cookery class whilst staying on Lake Garda. We were staying in Garda and is was a very quick bus journey in the morning to get to Lazise where the cookery school is located.

Unser Kochkurs FARFALLE E RAVIOLI war genau nach unserem Geschmack. Es hat wirklich Spaß gemacht und die zwei Nudelsorten haben hervorragend geschmeckt. Can't recommend this class enough! Silvia and Mirco are really warm and friendly, and great teachers. The class is really relaxed and fun, and even if you've made pasta before, you're sure to learn something new. Your pasta gets made into complete dishes at the end, which are really tasty, and you get to enjoy them with a glass of local wine. Would definitely go back again!

It was a great experience for me and my sister. For me it was the second time at this Cooking School and for my sister the first time - we both had a great time, lots of fun and delicious food! Wir haben einen schönen Vormittag in freundlicher und lustiger Atmosphäre verbracht und dabei viel über die Zubereitung von Pasta gelernt. Natürlich habe wir schon zu Hause selbst Pasta geformt und gekocht, aber der Mehrwert hier besteht in den vielen Tricks und Kniffen. Was mache ich wenn der Teig zu trocken ist? Wie kriege ich die schönen Formen hin? An welcher Seite falte ich den Teig, ehe ich ihn erneut in die Maschine gebe?
Das hat rundherum Spaß gemacht und nebenbei waren die fertigen Gerichte und der Wein auch sehr lecker.

We had so much fun during this workshop! The hosts were super kind, funny and professional. We learned how to make pasta like real Italians, and it was de-li-cious. We were amazed by how clean everything was. Also we didn't have to do dishes or anything, it was all taken care of, so nice! Thank you so much, we are looking forward to make the pasta at home. Silvia and Iwan taught us the secrets of making fresh authentic Italian pasta from the scratch. We, our kids (9 and 11) and everyone with us had a great time. They were both so friendly and welcoming, and the English was perfect. We loved trying the pasta we made and the delicious chiaretto wine they served. Even though Iwan wouldn't share his sugo recipe, it was still a fantastic experience. We'll definitely be back and recommend it at our local agriturismo.

Ich habe den Kochkurs meiner besten Freundin zum Geburtstag geschenkt und besser hätte es nicht sein können. Ivan und Mirco waren nett, witzig und haben super erklärt und geholfen. Die Stimmung war gut, wir wurden dauerhaft mit Wasser und Wein versorgt und das Essen war lecker. Die Location ist auch sehr schön. Ich habe wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Kann den Kochkurs jedem empfehlen.

We had a very good time learning to make spaghetti and pasta. Great fun for kids and adults. We were a group of ten between the ages of 8 and 70. The kids (and adults) were assisted as needed and were able to keep up with the group. The spaghetti and pasta turned out great and the accompanying sauces were great too, plus great wine. Visited as a family. Making our own pasta and then eating it with some delightful wines being drunk...what is there not to like? The kitchen, instruction, facilities and atmosphere was perfect on a blazing hot day in Lazise. This is suitable for all ages (apart from the drinking of wine...) and the guys made it a lot of fun too. Thoroughly recommend!!

We had so much fun. The chef's were very friendly, funny, and informative. We were nervous at first but they made you feel comfortable and helped in anyway they could. We will be taking other classes from them when we return to Italy. If you are thinking about learning to make pasta, this is the place to go.
