More appetizers please
It was fun but somewhat disorganized. We arrived & waited a good while to start the tour in the vineyard while they were still setting up the table setting & bringing out appetizers. The wine was ok since we had recently had Primitivo in Lecce, which was amazing. My party of 4 felt more appetizers should have been served since we left hungry.

Wine tasting in the valleys of Itria
We booked this wine tasting experience at the last minute, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip! It was our first time doing something like this, and we were absolutely amazed.
Georgio warmly welcomed us and personally guided us through his beautiful vineyard at Trulli il Castagno. We had the chance to savor wines crafted from native Puglian grapes, each with its own unique character and story. What made the experience even more special was hearing about the history of the vineyard and how his grandparents laid the foundation for what it is today—Georgio’s passion and storytelling really brought it all to life.
We had such a great time and learned so much. Overall, we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Puglia—whether you’re a wine enthusiast or just looking for a genuine and memorable experience in a stunning setting.
