Enjoyed Alberobello, the walking tour was a must, tour guide Eustace was wonderful and engaged with the group sharing much information. The ‘tasting’ lunch was very good and so much food. We felt Locorotondo and Ostuni were rushed, having to be left on our own to explore the towns, although smaller, didn’t really get the experience we’d prefer. I would recommend but would let them know the drawbacks on Loco and Ostuni.

The day trip was very informative especially the guide for Alberobello. Unfortunately there I lost my group when I took pictures, but the Buzz Experience guide, Claudia, has given me her number. I went to the police station because I couldn't find my group, and the very friendly female police officer could phone Claudia to say that I am at there at the station. Claudia and Francesco, the other guide, were very friendly and I enjoyed the tasting with them since I was the only one doing that and the rest of the group did the meal. Plenty of delicious local bread, cheese, meat and even a Limencello Spritz. Before the day trip, Marie of Buzz Experience was very good with communication - phoning, emails & WhatsApp. She did say that the day trip is not specifically designed for cruise ship visitors and that with unforeseen circumstances they can't guarantee a precise time, but that they wanted to reassure me that they willl assist me to get back in good time to re-board the ship. Unfortunately this didn't happen, since the tour departed later than 9h00 and some people of the group were late when we met up to depart from Ostuni, therefore I almost missed my ship. This caused a lot of stress and also for my friends on the ship panicking that I won't be in time. Here I would have thought that Buzz Experience would have assisted me better. I would recommend anyone to do the day trip with them but if it is cruise ship passengers they must be stricter with departure times.

Buzz Experience ci ha coccolato dalla fase di prenotazione a quella in cui abbiamo dovuto salutare il nostro responsabile del gruppo Francesco. Le 3 città sono stupende, la guida ad Alberobello bravissima e le audioguide ben fatte. Inoltre, il pranzo è stato impeccabile, il salta la fila ci ha permesso di rilassarci subito e gustare dei prodotti ottimi. Il servizio di Francesco è stato prezioso, non ci siamo mai sentiti in ansia, ma al sicuro. Raccomando molto questo tour, la professionalità è assicurata!

I first saw this on line, at 115 euro pp, but was charged 125 euro pp in office. I suggest you buy online!
We picked the small group option with local guide in alberello, be aware that this doesn’t guarantee a guide for 8 people, we were added to a much larger group of 12, as such whilst the guide was very good, you don’t get quite as much interaction. The trip also promises Locotorondo cave visit and a visit to taste olive oil, neither of these things happened, whilst I accept such options can be subject to availability the fact there was no information as to why we weren’t offered was disappointing.
The towns you visit of course are worthy “ must sees” and I certainly would recommend the make up of the tour, lunch of cheese ham and bread with a drink was tasty.
Enjoyed the day but came away feeling that I hadn’t quite had full value for the money paid.

We would like to clarify the details of our prices, which are exactly as follows: €99: transportation service + audio guide. €115: transportation + audio guide + local tasting. €125: everything above plus a guided tour of Alberobello. We confirm that prices are the same both on our website and at our office, with no differences. In your case, the complete package with guided tour was purchased, hence the cost of €125. There may have been a misunderstanding, but please be assured that all participants pay the same price according to the chosen option. As for the group: 8 people are always guaranteed in the minivan (our tours are carried out with minivans of up to 8 seats). During high season, in order to accommodate all participants, there may be two minivans, and only the guided tour is shared, resulting in a group of 12 people. In any case, the guided experience remains fully enjoyable. We are glad that you appreciated the quality of the guide and the beauty of the places visited, and we will take your feedback into consideration to further improve communication and avoid any misunderstandings. Il prezzo è abusivo per un servizio di trasporto senza altro.
L'audio guida ha una qualità bassa.
Il prezzo dell' aperitivo è 18€ sulla carta, condiviso da tre persone=6+2,5€ de bevande =8,5. Questo vuole dire che l'agenzia fa pagare molto di più, e i clienti si sentono trattati come schemi.

The tour you joined offers 3 different price options, all clearly stated both online and in the agency: €99: transportation service + audio guide only. €115: transportation + audio guide + local tasting. €125: everything above plus the guided tour of Alberobello. The difference between the basic €99 package and the €115 one is therefore less than the menu price you mentioned, contrary to what was stated. With the full €125 package, everything is included along with the guided visit. It is also important to point out that, in our area, with the same price as the basic package you would not even be able to visit one single city with a standard transportation service, and without any additional service. With our tour, instead, guests have the opportunity to discover three destinations in one day, with added experiences and transparent costs. Loved seeing around three towns near Brindisi, beautiful places. Driver wasn't very friendly or helpful. Found trip pricey for basically a drive.

My friend and I wanted a private tour, so we booked with Buzz.. but we had to pay the full price of a group of 8, even if we were only 2. The driver was very kind and knew some different roads when we hit morning traffic. The guide in Alberobello was very knowledgeable of the site and it was great. Lunch was VERY disappointing... we were told that we would be getting traditional Pugliese food... but we were served a small plater of a few bites of cheese and meat... with a bag of dried bread. We weren't told what we were eating, and the restaurant staff was very busy. There is only 1 toilet in the restaurant, so had to wait in line. Then because of traffic and the compexity of schedules, we ended up in Locorotondo for a shorter time... we were able to walk to the church, then back, see the view from the park across the street but then had to go back on the road. In Ostuni, we had more time... but the driver drops us somewhere, we make an arrangement of when we need to get back and that's it. There is no guide in Ostuni or Locorotondo, so you walk around... you don't have a map... you have nothing. We had canadian cell phones with no data plans, so we didn't have access to maps or their audioguides.
The frantoio olive experience was amazing, Samantha who was our guide spoke french and we had such a great visit.
Overall it's a fun activity... but go as a group because it's expensive otherwise. And depending on your cell phone services, print yourself some maps and things to see.

Ich habe die Tour bei "GetYourGuide" gefunden und wollte sie buchen - doch dann las ich, dass dort stand: "nicht für Personen mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen". Ich reiste mit meiner erwachsenen Tochter, welche im Rollstuhl sitzt, durchaus aber in der Lage ist, einige Treppenstufen zu Fuß zu nehmen und in ein Fahrzeug einzusteigen. Da ich sehr traurig war, dass wir an der Tour laut GetYourGuide nicht teilnehmen könnten, begab ich mich mit meiner Tochter in die überaus freundliche Agentur "Buzz experience" in Brindisi, um persönlich nachzufragen. Dort ermöglichte man uns dann nach Absprache mit dem Guide Francesco die Teilnahme an der Tour, worüber wir sehr glücklich waren und sind! Es war ein super toller Tag, der uns immer in Erinnerung bleiben wird!
Francesco spricht italienisch, englisch und deutsch und ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er erklärte uns nach Ankunft stets etwas über die jeweilige Stadt und die örtlichen Gegebenheiten - und dann konnten wir die Städte auf eigene Faust und im eigenen Tempo erkunden, was mir persönlich sehr gut gefallen hat. Francesco half meiner Tochter und mir mit dem Rollstuhl und dem Transfer in den Bus und machte den Tag für uns überaus angenehm - ein toller Guide!
Die Städtchen sind allesamt bezaubernd und absolut sehenswert.
Ja, es ist mit dem Rollstuhl teilweise etwas beschwerlich, da es in den Städtchen bergauf bzw. bergab geht auf diesen wunderschönen alten Pflastersteinen - aber es war für mich (weiblich) selbst mit dem manuellen Rollstuhl ohne Schiebehilfe machbar. Und wenn ich mal steckengeblieben bin, kam uns stets sofort ein Passant zu Hilfe.
Nach der Rückkehr fragten uns die Mitarbeiter der Agentur auch sofort, ob alles in Ordnung war - ich bin begeistert von so viel Kundenservice und Flexibilität des gesamten Teams!
Ich kann die Tour wärmstens empfehlen und möchte Menschen mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen ans Herz legen, persönlich mit der Agentur Kontakt aufzunehmen und die individuellen Möglichkeiten abzuklären - die Menschen dort sind wirklich sehr bemüht, jedem die Teilnahme zu ermöglichen. (Wir wurden sogar gefragt, was es bezügl. Lebensmitteln an Einschränkungen gibt - wegen der Verkostung auf der Tour!)
Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team, ihr habt Mutter und Tochter sehr glücklich gemacht :-)
